The former Hannah Montana star posted a picture of her latest tattoo on Twitter Friday.

The body art apparently shows Miley’s support for gay marriage equality.

In the photo, she shows off what looks like an equal sign on her ring finger, captioned with the phrase, “all love is equal.”

A rep for the singer could not be reached for comment, People magazine reports.

Cyrus recently insisted she’s not trying to make a “statement” by getting tattoos and partying.

“It’s not about how far I can push things so people will believe I’m not Hannah Montana anymore,” she said. “You just make the music that you love and because I’m growing up, you know, so does my music.

“It’s not about trying to make a statement about growing up. You know … you just do.”

NASA confirmed that astronauts aboard the International Space Station have received personal access to the Internet.

This personal Web access, called the Crew Support LAN, takes advantage of existing communication links to and from the station and gives astronauts the ability to browse and use the Web. The system will provide astronauts with direct private communications to enhance their quality of life during long-duration missions by helping to ease the isolation associated with life in a closed environment.

1. Use web proxies.
Many free online services allow you to access blocked websites through a proxy server. A proxy server is an intermediary between the user and the server where the request was send. Here is a list with the most known resources of web proxies: Proxy.org, HideMyAss.com, Kortaz.com, KProxy.com and Anonymouse.org

2. Use VPN connections.
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is like a tunnel over the public network. The advantage of using VPNs over web proxies is that VPNs are more secure because they are using advanced encryption and allow you to access all the applications (mail, chat, browser etc) in complete anonymity and not only the web sites. The most known free VPN is Hotspot Shield.

3. Use Hide IP software.
These are easy to use and even if the main functionality is to hide IP address and unblock websites, there are applications that can provide you more than that – like cleaning online tracks, testing proxies, manually adding proxy etc. Usually if you choose a free software, then this will provide you a minimal number of proxies and no other features than hiding IP address. Not My IP is one of the latest free hide IP address software that has already gained a large market followed by the old UltraSurf which is already very popular. Regarding paid applications that provide more features and have a complex structure, my recommendations are IP Privacy and Hide My IP.

4. Use Toolbars and Firefox add-ons.
Toolbars and Firefox add-ons are in fact software applications that work on specific browsers and with a simple click you can enable or disable online anonymity.

5. Use translation services.
Introduce the link of the blocked website in the translation field (for example in Google Translator) and choose a random language to translate from because translation from English to English is not supported.

6. Use Google cache.
In the Google search field type cache: before the URL of the blocked website. For example type cache:http://www.domain.com

7. Use Internet Archive.
Internet Archive allows you to view blocked websites through the Wayback Machine. This will retrieve all pages of a specific website indifferent if the website is blocked.

8. Use Web2Mail service.
Web2Mail it is a free email service that can sent to your email address specific web pages. You sign up for an account and get set to receive specific websites by email.

9. Change the http of an URL into https
This is the  easiest way to access blocked websites. Of course, this might not work every time but you have many other solutions also. This is the fastest one.

10. Use IP address of the website instead of URL.
To use the IP address of a website instead of URL, you must first find its IP. To do this open command prompt and type: “ping domain.com”.

5) w0lf’s Translator : uses the Google Translate engine to provide translations right on your mobile device. It also has Auto-detect feature to know the input language.

6) Microfi Nitrogen : is an opensource Windows Mobile app that allows you to play MP3/OGG/AAC/MP4/M4A/3GP/WAV/WMA songs stored on your Pocket PC device. It features a file browser, full skin support, smart shuffle and repeat modes, a 10-band equalizer with preset support (8 included presets), built-in sleep mode, a blank screen command to prevent energy waste while playing music and many more new features.

7) ShootMe : is an all-in-one app. There are other apps that simulate shotguns or light sabres or even boxing, but why have different apps for each one. ShootMe! has all of those funny apps gathered in one. The application has a Free and Paid version.

Flexilis : If security is a priority for you then Flexilis is the app for you. Along with the Anti-Virus and Firewall app, Flexilis also provides a module for backup, which will let you back up your contacts and photos. You can also transfer your data to a new phone with Flexilis. The Anti-Theft Module enables you to respond when your device is lost or stolen by locating your device, sounding an alarm, or deleting your personal information remotely from the web.

9) G-alarm : is one of my all time favorite applications. I love my sleep and wont easily wake up with the normal alarm on my phone. This ingenious application will ask you to complete a simple game / puzzle before you can snooze/switch off the alarm. Its definitely worth the asking price of €4.99.

10) Cinemo & Flix : Both these apps are for finding movie showtimes and information. Cinemo works in the US and Canada. While Flix works in UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

11) Shopping Cart : A simple and intuitive shopping list application for Windows Mobile users. Its a finger friendly application and new features are added frequently by the developer. Requires registration.

12) Samsung Caxixi : Is a versatile accelerometer enabled music application for Samsung Windows Mobile devices. It plays the sounds of a variety of instruments and the sounds are triggered by shaking the phone using a variety of gestures. You can have 5 different sounds mapped to different movements at any given time. See the Youtube Video for more info.

13) Scramble : is a Windows Mobile App for puzzle solvers. If you love a good puzzle then you will love this game. It offers different modes and difficulty and is quite finger friendly. It should work on all screen resolutions: VGA, WVGA, QVGA and WQVGA. Check the video to see the game in action. For $0.99 this app is a must for those boring train ride to work.

2. Keep the CD/DVD inside
After successfully burning a CD, keep your new gOS 3.1 CD inside your drive.

3. Reboot your computer
With the gOS 3.1 CD inside, you should reboot to see a new gOS menu screen.

4. Select “Start or install gOS”
Wait patiently while gOS 3.1 loads up from the CD/DVD

5. Double click the “Install” icon
It’s the green gOS disc icon

6. Follow the instructions to the finish
When you’re finished, you’ll have to reboot.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com- Pemerhati politik Umar S Bakry menyatakan, pemilihan umum presiden (pilpres) tidak akan menarik jika yang “bertanding ” hanya Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dan Megawati Soekarnoputri.

“Tidak menarik, karena pemenangnya sudah bisa ditebak,” kata Umar yang juga Direktur Eksekutif Lembaga Survei Nasional (LSN) di Jakarta, Minggu (12/4).

Jika melihat hasil hitung cepat perolehan suara partai politik dalam pemilu, kata Umar, kemungkinan pilpres hanya akan diikuti dua calon, satu dari Partai Demokrat(SBY) dan lainnya capres yang didukung PDI Perjuangan (Megawati).

Partai Golkar, meski sebelum pemilu menyatakan siap mengusung Ketua Umum-nya, Jusuf Kalla, sebagai capres, diperkirakan  akan kembali “merapat” ke kubu SBY. “Kalau PDI-P mau mendukung capres selain Megawati, pilpres akan lebih menarik karena masih terbuka kemungkinan-kemungkinan lain,” katanya.

Menurut dia, Megawati tidak mudah meraih kemenangan, karena orang sudah tahu rekam jejaknya. Berpasangan dengan siapa pun, berat bagi Megawati untuk bisa mengalahkan SBY.

Sejumlah capres alternatif seperti Prabowo Subianto, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, atau Rizal Ramli, sekecil apa pun tingkat keterpilihan (elektabilitas) mereka berdasar hasil survei, masih memiliki peluang mengalahkan SBY dibanding Megawati.

“Mega versus SBY itu ibarat Icuk Sugiarto melawan Yang Yang (pebulutangkis China) dalam bulutangkis. Icuk tidak pernah menang. Jadi, sebelum pertandingan orang sudah bisa menebak hasilnya,” katanya.

Oleh karena itu, kata Umar, PDIP harus berani memasang tokoh lain sebagai capres. Sebagai konsesi, jika menang, mereka yang menguasai kabinet. “Masalahnya apa mau Mega mengurungkan diri sebagai capres,” kata dosen Universitas Jayabaya Jakarta tersebut.

Bedasarkan pernyataan Umar S Bakry yang dilangsir oleh kompas, hendaknya kubu Megawati jangan terlalu memaksa untuk memasang Megawati menjadi Capres. lha masak orang kuliah aja belum lulus kok mau memimpin negeri INI. mending memilih saya aja yang sudah mau pendadaran .tapi apapu itu, semua tergantung para elit politiknya,hemm…politik memang banyak memakan korban.
